Description
Eco Kool Home is a solar heat re-radiating membranous paint. Its a remarkable selective white membranous paint that stops the solar hear transfer and keeps the interiors cool.
Eco Kool Home when applied to the external sun exposed surface of a building it re-radiates 85% of the solar Infra Red Rays & 75% Ultra Violet Rays back in the atmosphere.
The formulation of Eco Kool Home is unique. It is a water based copolymer compound containing inert pigment & special fillers.

How To Apply
Clean the surface, make it dust, grease and oil free. Remove all the previous coating which may have loose bond with the surface
Primer coat - If surface is permeable or porous apply diluted insultec with 1:1 proportion of water or Sealoxy Primer as an undercoat. In case of a surface with prominent cracks, fill up these surface cracks with Diamond shield or any good quality crack filler before applying Insultec.It can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Apply two coats of Eco Kool Home after diluting it with 10% water. Keep an interval of 3 to 4 hours between each coat. For highly dusty area apply Glazecoat as overcoat for reduced dust collection and ease of cleaning.
Asbestos sheet, Galvanize sheet & Metal sheet: Apply a good quality Zinc Phosphate primer to avoid corrosion of the metal sheet that may damage Eco Kool Home membrane. It can be applied by brush, roller or spray. Apply two coats of Eco Kool Home after diluting it with 10% water. Keep an interval of 3 to 4 hours between each coat.If necessary, apply Glazecoat on top of Eco Kool Home coating to increase the gloss & finish and for ease of cleaning the surface.
